On July 27, kids and their grown-ups can join culinary artist-in-residence Nia D. Minard for a food and art workshop at the Perelman Building. "Okra Is/Okra Ain't" explores a vegetable with a curious appearance and surprising taste. Have fun making art and a tasty snack with one of the South’s favorite foods. Offered in conjunction with “Souls Grown Deep: Artists of the African American South.”
