I wanted to share a letter and a snippet of something I read today, if It brought joy to me I figured it’d bring joy to you as well 🌄.
“Please stop overthinking life like you have to have an answer to every feeling or situation. That’s not how life works. We figure it all out by just living. By fucking up, by missing an opportunity, by seeking advice and not taking it.”
With me personally over the years, I would overthink every action – thinking I’m not ready for this or that and slowly I started to realize.. nobody ever is.
Comparison is the thief of joy and often we just compare ourselves to someone else who also feels like they aren’t ready.. but in our eyes they are.
So what does that mean 🤔. You probably are ready, so please stop overthinking this friend.
