pinkpalmsrn @Kohl’s I would like to express my extreme disappointment (and utter disgust) that you would think it’s acceptable to send me a USED and repackaged King Sized LC Lauren Conrad Cali Palm Duvet Cover Set!!! That’s right! I’ve taken PHOTOS to show social media EXACTLY what you are sending your customers who order from your in-store kiosk these days! The duvet arrived in a shabbily packing taped cardboard sleeve with the zipper open and the duvet hastily stuffed in there. I paid around $100 for this!! This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE @kohls and a truly pathetic attempt to do business. I understand things happen. Shipping delays, product mix ups... but you DO NOT KNOWINGLY AND WILLINGLY SHIP SOMEONE A USED PRODUCT AND THINK THAT IS ACCEPTABLE!!!
