omar_reyad1 DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY I advice you to buy instead from Barratts , Allbirds, DSW, Dune,CCC or Ecco. I have bought 2 footwear from Dubai - Emarites mall brunch- receipt attached. Service was great As i bought the 2 mentioned footwear for my mother and wanted to exchange it to a bigger size from their Cairo brunch. I visited Cairo brunch- city center and the sales representer ( couldn’t have his name as he didn’t wear Name Tag as suppose to) he refused to exchange it and informed me that “ they “ decided to stop exchanged it and it’s the local distributor company decision and the principal ( Clarks ) are ok with. As I couldn’t get any official letter from the brunch here in Cairo or any document verifying their new policy or stating that’s Clark’s refusing to implement the well know international exchange policy for “ an international brands “ and as I have to get a another footwear for my mother I Had to buy another choose from Cairo brunch to please my mother, and to make her happy as it’s her birthday gift, receipt 2 attached. I wrote to Clark’s Customer services contacts all over world, head office and regional offices, compliance department, i got automated replay thats they will get back to me within 48 hours or 7 days, but guess what ? No one got back to me Except UK FB page by asking me to wait to resolve it, more than 8 days now nothing has been resolved. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY I advice you to buy instead from Barratts , Allbirds, DSW, Dune,CCC or Ecco. omar_reyad1 @eccoshoes @eccoshoes thank you for your replay, according to my long experience with your outlets and products in Middle East and Europe I never faced a similar situation as I faced with @clarksoriginals that’s why I do advice and recommend to any consumers out there to better deal with you and any other Smiler high customer service and quality brands, it’s kind of public consumer awareness, I did contact the brand by every-how but it’s seems after I found 1000’s of complains that’s the brand is facing a real issue and a real hard time lately @clarksshoes

azar.bahar32 I was a custome's for 12 year from oll of type shoes ecco in Iran .I am pitty for every thing that can't bye a soft and good and warm and comfortable shoes like a ecco in Iran ..pls come back again .I like ecco .Please come back ....
