小さなコンドミニアム
最近のコンドミニアムのデベロップメントのトレンドの一つにお部屋のサイズの縮小があります。
NYでは顕著なトレンドですが、小さな面積で沢山の利益を上げるためにお部屋が小さくなってきています。
ハワイでも同様な傾向がみられます。それに伴ってインテリアの作り方も変わってきています。
作り付けのキャビネットにものをいれることによって必要に応じて必要なものだけをだしては？というアイデアです。
シンガポールの９００SQのプロジェクトで興味深いプロジェクトがありましたので紹介させていただきます。

One of the recent condo development trends is the reduction in room size.
It's a notable trend in NY, but rooms are getting smaller in order to make lots of profits in a small footprint area.
The same trend is also seen in Hawaii. Along with the trend, interior layout and idea have also changed.
The solution can be a creative way of use of the built-in cabinet and whatever you need can be pulled out from the cabinet.
