【大堀相馬焼 陶吉郎窯 水切り皿】

水切り皿の始まりは、30年くらい前の近藤家の食卓でした。冷奴を食べていた時に、お皿を使う側の実感から生まれた器だといいます。

大堀相馬焼の伝統の二重構造にもつながる形状を持ちながら、下の器を単独で使うこともできます。手づくりの温かみを感じるのは、水切りの穴を一つ一つ手で開けているから。

ご家庭の食卓でも、飲食店のお料理にも、自由な発想で使い方と楽しみ方を広げていただければ、うれしく思います。

【Ōborisōma Ware Toukichirougama Draining Dish】
.
This draining dish began 30 years ago at the Kondo family's dining table. It is said that the vessel was born from the senses felt by the person using the plate when eating cold tofu.
While maintaining the double layer structure of traditional Ōborisōma ware, the lower vessel can also be used on its own. The warmth of handmade wares can be felt because each hole of the draining dish is opened by hand.
We would be happy if the joys of using this dish in every way imaginable spread to your family table as well as to restaurants.
