Part VIII, Music: “I work with @frederic_sanchez to come up with the music for my shows. He’s one of the most knowledgeable people about music I’ve ever met. I usually start by writing him a letter about my inspiration and list some preliminary songs. For this show, I wanted to use Motown music for the show, but lesser-known, early Motown. Frederic replied with his ideas and introduced me to all this great stuff I’d never heard before. He combined older songs with contemporary girl bands to create the perfect mood.” #AnnaSuiFall19
