littles42009 @carters Why is your customer service so unkind and rude?.... I have spent thousands of dollars at your store, was always my go to spot. I have 4 kids all under age 8 so we have plenty more years to shop here. But not anymore! My youngest is special needs and in the hospital for over a week. I asked for an extension for the fun cash I had, because I had just spent over $100 at your store 2 weeks prior. I had $60 credit. But due to medical circumstances I was in the hospital with my son, and your online associate was VERY rude and not understanding at all. If you as a company hire heartless associates, what does that say about the company? NOT a good one. Such a shame, really, because your stuff is cute but I refuse to shop with a company that does not treat their customers right.

traiyced @carters it is black history month. Perhaps incorporating some affordable fashions for black babies and those who would like to participate in our history would be wonderful. I love your clothes and would greatly appreciate this. 😘
