【ひと足早い春を愉しむ、「Early Blooming」】 八芳園の庭園では「河津桜」の開花が進み、これから見頃を迎えてまいります。

河津桜の開花に合わせて、八芳園内レストランにてご用意しております、大好評のひと足早い春メニュー。
今回ご紹介させていただきますのは、「スラッシュカフェ」の季節限定コース「Early Blooming」。 ランチコースのメイン.鰤大根をフランス料理の技でアレンジした「小坂農園の大蔵大根と鰤　白インゲン豆のソース」は、
加熱によって引き出される大根の甘さと、旬の脂がのった鰤の味わいをお愉しみいただけます。

例年3月下旬～4月上旬には染井吉野が見頃を迎え、本格的なお花見シーズンとなってまいります。

Today we will introduce "Early Blooming," the seasonal set menu of "Thrush Cafe"! "Yellowtail and daikon radish with white common bean sauce (Daikon from Kosaka farm)" is served for the main course of lunch, which is Buridaikon, simmered yellowtail with daikon radish, arranged by using French cooking technique.
You could enjoy the sweetness of daikon radish enhanced by heat and the flavor of seasonal fatty yellowtail.

The peak bloom period of Yoshino cherry is usually between the end of March and the beginning of April, which is the height of cherry blossom season.
