Released in 1980 and printed on our Vintage Tee, Unmasked is the eighth studio album by American hard rock band Kiss.
During this period, the band decided it was time for a change and abandoned their trademark makeup and ominous costumes. Reflecting this new style direction, the LP’s album art features a comic strip that follows a journalist trying to find out what the band looks like under their dark makeup. Ultimately, he discovers that behind their masks is simply another layer of makeup.
