Apple has a pile of nearly $250 billion in cash and one of the ways a J.P. Morgan analyst thinks the tech giant could spend the money is by acquiring Netflix. This could put Apple in a serious role as a video content creator.

While it would be difficult and pricey for Apple to buy Netflix, there are three reasons why the streaming service would be the best fit for Apple. First, Netflix and Apple are both “aggregators” unlike more traditional media companies like Sony Pictures. Second, the Netflix subscription model fits with Apple’s services revenue model. And third, while difficult, Netflix would be easier to acquire than Hulu and Amazon Prime.
