【肥料や農薬に頼らない、希望のイチゴ】

プラチナ通りにございます、オーガニックライフ・レストラン「ANNIVERSARY GARDEN」。 2月1日(金)からお届けする新しいデザートには、
無肥料、無農薬で栽培された「希望のイチゴ」を使用したメニューが登場いたします。

あらゆる農作物の中でも特に難しいと言われている、イチゴの自然栽培。
この苺を作っている愛知県豊田市「農業生産法人みどりの里」の野中さんは、
自然栽培のお米や野菜作りの傍ら、イチゴの自然栽培に挑戦してきました。

あの"奇跡のリンゴ"を栽培している木村秋則氏からも直接指導を受けて試行錯誤を続け、
生命力あふれる食物を生産している野中さん。 「安心安全で美味しい食品をお客様に届けたい」という想いのこめられた「希望のイチゴ」を

The Organic Life Restaurant, ”ANNIVERSARY GARDEN” located on Platinum Street.
In the new dessert which will be introduced on Friday, February, 1st,
a menu will be displayed using “Kiboh no Ichigo (Strawberry Hope)” cultivated without fertilizer and pesticide.
It is said that natural cultivation of strawberry is particularly difficult among all crops.
Mr. Nonaka, a farmer making this strawberry, of “Midori no Sato” in Toyota city, Aichi prefecture, has challenged the natural cultivation of strawberries besides that of rice and vegetables.
Mr. Nonaka who undertake direct advice from Mr. Akinori Kimura who cultivates that ”Kiseki no Ringo (Apple of Miracle)” and continues trial and error to produce fruits and vegetables full of vitality.
