久々に鮨あらいへ。
冬の食材は、栄養と共に旨みを蓄えたものばかりでどれも美味しかったです。
特に、鮨 あらいはピンのマグロを使ってることで有名です。部位別にたくさんのマグロが食べれて、大満足でした。
また、カウンターでは二番手の臼井さんと親方のあらいさんの掛け合いも絶妙です。銀座の寿司屋さんらしからぬ和やかな雰囲気にも惚れてしまいます。

All of the winter food ingredients were tasty with nutrition and those that stored taste.
In particular, "Sushi Arai” is famous for using the most delicious tuna. I was satisfied with many tuna eaten by site.
Also, at the counter, Mr. Usui who is the second fastest and Mr. Arai of the master is exquisite. I fall in love with a peaceful atmosphere that does not look like a sushi shop in Ginza.
