Working for Facebook doesn't just mean ping pong at lunch and free coffee. More than a dozen former Facebook employees detailed how the company’s leadership and performance review system has created a culture where any dissent is discouraged. “I never felt it was an environment that truly encouraged ‘authentic self’ and encouraged real dissent because the times I personally did it, I always got (angry) calls,” said a former manager, who left the company in early 2018.
