Marlboro maker Altria is giving a $2 billion bonus to all of Juul’s 1,500 employees, averaging out to roughly $1.3 million per person.

Juul is receiving the lump sum payout as part of the $12.8 billion deal with Altria, a person familiar with the matter told CNBC.
