【「奇跡のリンゴ」、味わってみませんか？】 プラチナ通りにございます、食べて学べるオーガニックライフ・レストラン「ANNIVERSARY GARDEN」では、映画にもなり話題となった、木村秋則さんの育てている「リンゴ」を使用させていただいています。
この「リンゴ」は、農薬や肥料に頼らない方法で育てられています。
アレルギーに困っていた奥さまのために、世界ではじめて農薬に頼らない「リンゴ」づくりを始めた木村さん。
順調に収穫できるようになるまで、試行錯誤や失敗の繰り返し。

His ‘apple’ is grown with least pesticides and fertilizers.
Mr.Kimura begun to raise ‘apple’, not relying on pesticides for the first time in the world, for his wife suffering from allergies. He had repeated trials and errors till he could harvest smoothly.
This ‘apple’ is very valuable that they have been completed all after his numerous challenges without failing to give up, while he had been told that it would never be successful by his surroundings,
At “ANNIVERSARY GARDEN”, using the Mr.Kimura’s ‘apple’ brought up with such plenty of love, we have made it into two kinds of gluten-free dessert.
“Miracle Apple Tart” and “Miracle Apple Parfait”.
