No need to set your alarm for this #MacysThanksgivingDayParade stamp artwork by Paul Rogers.
In 2009, the U.S. Postal Service issued a horizontal strip of four se-tenant stamps (an attached group with different designs, colors or denominations). While each stamp functions individually, they line up together to create a panorama.
The first Macy’s parade took place on Christmas Day in 1924 and served as a means to attract customers to the store in New York City. The giant balloons started in 1927.
