Macarons are a bit( ok, sometimes a lot?) challenging for me. I’m still ahead of a lot of improving, I hope once I can say ‘My perfect macarons’. But for now i’m happy with these ‘not perfect yet’ raspberry jam filled lovelies. ?I used the italian meringue method for them, hoping the stable meringue helps to get a nice result.
