昨日は、イギリスお菓子教室モンクレにてクリスマスプディング作り。
材料を混ぜて防水容器に入れたら、6時間！お鍋でゆでる作業があるので、2時間分は教室でお任せして、4時間分は宿題😅

ゆでてる間に先生のステイシーさんがフランベの仕方を教えてくれたり、お手製クリスマスプディングをカスタード、ブランデーバター、生クリーム、ブランデークリームで食べ比べたり、と楽しい時間でした✨ブランデーバター最高でした❤️ 初めて作ったクリスマスプディング、せっかくステキなレシピで作ったので、クリスマスまでに合計4時間分がんばってゆでます😆✨ A Lesson for Christmas pudding!!! After making it, l ate the superb pudding my teacher made!!! With the custard, the brandy cream, the brandy butter and the normal cream! It was just fantastic!!! I saw even magical FLAMBÉ show! All I have to do now is boiling the pudding I made for ages before Christmas!!!! #morningtoncrescenttokyo
