Do you ever wonder what people order at a cafe? ? Or what’s their must-have-go-to drink? I’m definitely a “regular coffee” person. I drink a regular cup of coffee daily and I sometimes would order a pour over at a cafe. Then I’d go for a latte (especially now that lots of cafes have oat milk...oh and oat milk doesn’t dominate in flavor so it’s not over powering the coffee) and when I’m in need of extra help... espresso. I really never had a coffee with all the extra toppings and add ons. I pretty much like my coffee simple. For me it goes well with what ever I’m eating and I enjoy tasting the roast/flavor vs hiding it with stuff. I’m not the coffee expert in terms of the science and technique behind the coffee but I know enough by now that I appreciate the texture, the roast, and it’s fun when I can identify the mild flavor/essence of how the coffee was roasted. What’s your go to coffee when you’re at a cafe? .
