Truly an eye-opening experience with the tea-pairing desserts @madaboutsucre ! Wouldn’t usually order drinks to go with pastries when I dine out but here every dessert is paired with a pre-selected tea. The only ala carte option is if you do takeaway. But I realized only after that tea plays such an important role in enhancing the flavours of food, like a soul whisperer without which the dessert itself would be rather lifeless.
It’s different from ordering your own tea because you may not pick the right one that matches. And definitely better to share them for you can save $$ and try more (paid $39 per pax for 3 sets) Hope to do more tea-pairings and understand the amazing chemistry behind them~?
