Part IV (Final) - Bag decision

Here is my worst bag purchase of all times.

1:: Tod’s Navy Blue Bag - how can I forget, both of these bags were bought many years ago... I think it was around 2005 when I went to Italy Florence outlet. All the Italian brands there was really good price. So out of rush, I bought these. Big mistake! After my style changed, I never used it. Reason? Design is not simple, it’s heavy and the bag is not easy to open up. I always have to dig in where my things are and I hate that. The bag has no structure.

2:: Bottega Veneta Pale Pink - I bought this at the same place as the Tod’s. Again, I don’t wear this color anymore and the long flap is just not easy to manage when you open your bag. It really gets in the way. This bag made me realize, “no more long flap bags from now on”.

In conclusion, the mistakes that I made with these bags I realized from now on I should look for
・
a) simple timeless designs b) classic colors such as black, beige, camel c) light bags d) no long flap bags
・
And from this ‘expensive lesson’ I learned, most of my bags now all hit the a〜d criteria which allows me to use them for many years. ・
What happened to these bags? I gave them away to my Mother!! ;)
