His Colombo restaurant Ministry of Crab has been named one of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants since 2015, taking the top spot for Sri Lanka for the past three years. Our 27th floor Pavilion will be transformed with furnishings and a convivial communal dining setting inspired by the Ministry of Crab’s iconic restaurant in Colombo from September 25th to 28th.
