【焙我喝茶】Rich, velvety hojicha cream and hojicha jelly paired with kinako chantily in a fluffy cocoa sponge. +++
Finally unlocked the dream of my other fav flavour though it has been long since Totoroll ? Cocoa and kinako are included this time cos I didn’t want to hojicha everything, plus they share complementary characteristics as hojicha.
No doubt some will still prefer matcha but I hope the earthy, roasty kind of sweetness in here will appeal to those who have tasted it
