スペイン・マヨルカ島のセントレジス・マルダバル・マヨルカリゾートで行われた、世界5大陸から選出されたシェフが腕を振るうグルメイベント「Culinary Safari」の様子をお届けします。
当ホテルの料理長・高橋 賢が日本人として初めて招待され、ミシュランスターシェフと並び「Matcha Soba ＆ tuna tartar, carabinero tempura」を提供しました。
Our head Chef, Ken Takahashi, was recently invited to a prestigeous Culinary Safari event at the St Regis Mardavall Resort in Mallorca, Spain. Chefs from five different continents participated, but this was the first time a Japanese chef was invited to the event. Together with his Michelin star colleauges, Ken Takahashi offered “matcha soba, tuna tartar and carabinero tempura” to the guests.
