The majority of dis-ease comes from built up, stagnant energy. It’s incredibly important to learn energy clearing techniques and incorporate them into our daily lives. When we begin to be more present in our bodies, these energetic blockages become much more apparent and thus easier to know where and WHY to direct healing. How can we be more present within our bodies? There are countless ways. Firstly, taking time each day to sit in silence and simply breathe. Nothing is more essential. We often get so caught up in our daily lives, always thinking about the next task on our to-do list, we forget to just be. We decide we don’t have the time to lay down for a few minutes in silence, but I promise you by making this effort time will begin to magically appear. How will time begin to magically appear, you ask? Because this conscious effort to rest, breathe, and be will allow you to approach the rest of your day with that much more ease and clarity. Don’t believe me? Try it for 1 week! ? How else can we begin to be more present in our bodies? Sunlight. Water. Rest. The Holy Trinity. Spending time outside, connecting to nature, whether that means going for a hike with your dog, swimming in a lake at sunset, or literally hugging a tree. Connecting to, honoring, and being present with nature IS being present with our body. Fresh fruits and veggies always. Your body will bow to you. Fog will clear, leaving your mind sharper. A heightened sense of clarity will begin to submerge within you, thus allowing you to hear your intuition much easier. Thus guiding you to these energetic blockages easier. Thus allowing you to clear these blockages easier and prevent dis-ease. That is, if all of the other prior magic tricks (i.e. fruits, veggies, water, sunlight, rest, silence, nature) don’t do the trick.✨?????☀️
