Stepping inside our kaiseki and sushi restaurant, KawaUme, you can see the walls are of a relaxing gentle and natural hue featuring a unique etched pattern. This finish has been created using ancient traditional Japanese wood-carving craftmanship, long appreciated as an art form called Naguri.
