After reading The Life-changing Magic of Tidying Up, at first I thought that Marie Kondo’s method of folding everything in your drawers to be standing up and sorting them by color seemed a little silly. I thought it would take too much time and effort. But then I decided to try it out just to see.⠀⠀
And wowza I’m never going back! The amount of time I spend folding is definitely saved by how much easier it is to see everything at a glance and find what I’m looking for!⠀⠀
And you might think something like this would be hard to maintain, but I beg to differ. Once you feel the positive effects of being organized, it doesn’t feel like work at all!
