@ChrisAtko finished 2nd overall at #STPR but was later excluded from results because he had to service his car while in a time control prior to the last special stage. Here is what happened at the end: .
At the start of the final stage there was a long wait. When the stage was finally about to begin atko had a technical issue and needed to service the car himself to get the car started and running which he did and got going; he finished 2nd on the stage. However there is penalty for service while inside a time control. The penalty is pretty harsh; exclusion. So although he finished 2nd overall he was later excluded from the results after the finish. Ultimately atko is disappointed but he wasn't here for points or to win the championship. He put on a good show for the fans all weekend and even did a donut on the final super special stage for the fans! #stpr18 #srtusa
