昨日ヒルトン東京の総料理長、「十二颯」の料理長とチームメンバー達が長野県の信州上田で田植えをしてきました。今年のお米は「風さやか」です。１０月には新米をお召し上がりいただけます！

20 of our staff including our executive chef and JUNISOH’s head chef went to Nagano prefecture yesterday to plant this year’s rice—Kazesayaka. This rice will be harvested in October and will be served exclusively in JUNISOH.
