記念すべき3年目ということで3のポーズ??今年もあったか〜い奈良のみんな、ロンドンや上海からきてくれたfamily と再会できて幸せでした♩クラスに来てくれたみなさんがほぼTTの卒業生(ヨガの講師)で、少しチャレンジングなクラスになりました?♀️?✨✨最後の瞑想は、大切な人のために私たちがこれから出来ること、そしてなりたい自分になるために。。。
呼んでくれたよしこちゃん、毎年オーガナイズしてくれてるダンカン先生、会えたみなさんへ、本当にありがとう！?Simply I feel happiness that Im back to here full of beautiful yogis from all around the world :)I already miss you sooo much everything !Hope to see you on the yoga mats next year again!Big love and kiss and gratitude ? ❤️ May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of our own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.?.
