From ambassador @wanderrwomann: There’s always a greater reward when you take the path less traveled. On my first hike in Grand Teton National Park I decided to hike to Bearpaw Lake. I passed several hikers on my journey, but no one had made it to the lake. They all turned around well before. I felt a little timid seeing how I was alone and rangers had warned of high bear activity in the park. Not only that, there was a chance of thunderstorms in the park too. I took the risk anyway and it all paid off when I had the entire lake to myself and a beautiful view of the Tetons! 8/30/17 Photo: @wanderrwomann .
