Such a joy directing this piece for @雅-MIYAVI- and @sonita_alizadeh, the same week they brought this song to the @unitednations in NYC. As an immigrant myself, I think it’s extremely important that we recognize the journey of others around us that do not share our same skin color, and how we can share our similarities rather than judge our differences -- and in doing so we can enrich each other's lives, one small gesture at a time.
