On Thursday night, we welcomed some of the biggest names in Punk's history to our Soho Store, for a night of discourse, music and entertainment. All in support of the newest addition to our Subculture library, 'Punk is Dead: Modernity Killed Everynight'- co-Edited by Richard Cabut and Andrew Gallix. A brilliant anthology that brings together the insight, anecdotes and wisdom of 28 Punk Allstars- we were lucky enough to have a few of them join us to share some of their writing. So a big thanks to following participants for coming down to #BerwickStreet and sharing your stories with us. Swipe through to see.⠀

Firstly thanks to Poet @kirstyallison_ for opening the evening with a performance of 'Fete of Peversity'. As the Editor of @coldlips_ and Arts Editor of @djmag, her recital was highly anticipated and greatly appreciated. ⠀

Then to @richard.cabut, the NME writer, #Brigandage member and co-Editor of the book who brought the night together. His reading of his chapter '1977' offered a humorous perspective of what it was like to be teenager in the burgeoning wake of Punk. ⠀

A massive thanks to #jonhingham- author of #Spiritof76, yet most notably the first ever #SexPistols interview, plus the first reviews of @eternally_damned and #TheClash. A hero in music journalism.⠀

On the left we have #TonyDrayton, the rebellious self-publishing pioneer behind #RippedandTorn and #KillYourPetPuppy- thank you. ⠀

On the right we have Dorothy Max Prior of #RemaRema and #PsychicTV fame, what a pleasure it was to have you read from your chapter about life as a Punk stripper. It was enjoyed by all. ⠀
