ダナンに滞在中に急性虫垂炎にかかり、今すぐ帰国すると言っても日本に帰るまでに身体がもたないと言われこちらの病院で手術を受けました。
ベトナムの医療技術は素晴らしかったです！
とは言っても日本語どころか英語も通じないし、お薬は全てベトナム語、衛生面も良いとは言えない。
もちろん、不安でした！
でも起きてしまった事は仕方がない。
術後激痛に襲われてうなってたらモルヒネを入れられそうになったけど何とか無事です😂
2週間運動は出来ませんが、事故で3ヶ月動けなかった時に比べたら傷跡の大きさだって小さいものだし大したことない‼️
3週間後には石垣島トライアスロンがあるので、運動が出来るようになったらすぐに身体を戻す運動三昧の日々が楽しみですっ。

これもひとつの経験。
自分自身が強くなったし、きっとこの経験が誰かの役に立つ時が来る✨

I had surgery and take out my appendix in Vietnam. There was no other choice than to do it here so I had to stay 3 days at the hospital.
Of course I was uncomfortable because I couldn’t communicate in English or Japanese but it was meant to be so I accepted everything.
As a result I can not do any sports for 2 weeks but I am already able to walk again and started aiming for my triathlon competition in 3 weeks.
Looking forward to a quick recovery and my triathlon day!!
