READ PLEASE!!! Good morning tigers! You may have noticed that I've been a little bit absent on Facebook, but I'm active on Instagram (I don't know why but sometimes I can't share Instagram posts on FB). I've to ask you all an enormous favour: please adjust your News Feed preferences, click on "Prioritise who to see first" and click on my page; a lot of updates don't get relevance in the sea that is Facebook and a lot of you may miss some news. Recently I've been trying to expand my horizons and trying to get my persona known in other countries, in order to continue following my dreams. Even if my knowledge of the English language is pretty basic (this post has been written by Valentina, on of the admin *hi guys! :3*) I've been trying to go to #American and #Canada, I really want to go to #conventions such as #Katsukon #Otakuthon #Sakuracon but I didn't have the chance yet! For the first time, last year I went to #Malaysia as an #Italian #cosplayer representing the #Japanese pop culture. It's a mess, a weird hybrid, many probably hate me for this BUT it's amazing being able to speak about my experiences in #Japan. Doing my job isn't easy, I'm far from rich and I'm saving #money for future #projects T_T For this reason, and my #fear of airplanes and heights, I don't travel a lot but I decided to remove these limits. If I want to do something, I just do it. Fuck everything, I might even die tomorrow and then? I just wasted my time. It's like I've been living in a cage, and it has been useful but it's time to change. For me, cosplay isn't about putting a costume on, staying in Japan isn't paradise alike, being foreigner isn't a privilege; it's all about spreading a "positive" influence and not about money. There are people that follow me for my #cosplays, for my character, because I live in #Tokyo, curiosity, or maybe just because they want to make fun of me behind my back and meddle with my business. It's ok, whatever is your reason (I'd like to know which one is yours) I'll follow my path without looking back. If you want something, you just go and grab it.
