素敵な週末でした🙏🏼🍃✨
On the night of the Chinese New Year,new moon in Aquarius and solar eclipse happened.
And on this magical night,I had an amazing Yoga & Love meditation class with beautiful people.
lasted for 2hrs and half-2hours Azusa’s Hatha Yoga session and then 30min Julie’s Love meditation.
This combination brought me to the another level of mindfulness.
It felt like everything has finally come together,and made perfect.
One has come to understand oneself more deeply and realize how the body should be functioning.
After that class,you would feel absolutely calm and peaceful like all your worries would disappear with renewed energy and purpose.
Thank you so much Azusa and Julie for guiding us to the fantastic mindfulness area.
