『麻てまり』 平成25年
麻の葉の模様は、麻の葉を
幾何的な形で表現した上品なもの。
この模様をポップに出来ないかと
ずっと思っていた。
丸の中に入れてみたのだが、
新しい麻の葉模様になっただろうか。

Hemp-leaf pattern in the Japanses traditional design is delicate and refined.
I always wonder how can I make it mordern and lively.
Then I put them into circles, and finally made this new hemp-leaf pattern.

Sphère de chanvre (2013, par Katsuji Wakisaka)
Le motif de feuilles de chanvre est raffiné,
représenté de manière géométrique.
J’ai toujours pensé qu’il était possible
de rajeunir ce motif en lui conférant un côté pop.
AI-je réussi à créer un nouveau motif feuilles de chanvre,
en ajoutant aux sphères mon coup de crayon?

麻手鞠 (2013, 胁阪 克二)
麻葉紋是日本傳統工藝中常見的花紋，
是幾何形狀的高雅設計。
為了把它變得現代而不失雅趣，
我做了很多嚐試。
最後決定將麻葉紋放進一個個圓圈裏，
誕生了這一款織紋。
