Whether you have your favourite phase or adore them all- today let us take some time to listen to the Bowie album we love the most. As 71 years ago today was the day that the man fell to earth. His career seamlessly meandered through film, art and music, defying gender and genre, and left a shattering crater in the face of the planet. Having passed away two years ago, the sting of his loss remains still- though let's not forget how fortunate we are to share those 69 years on earth with the rock'n'roll alien. This week, if you ever get bored of being a regular human- remember to put on a Bowie record and make like Ziggy. Or Aladdin. Or Major Tom- be whoever you want to be. ⠀
