The 5th gallery of the exhibition “Being Modern: MoMA in Paris” at the @fondationLV until March 5, 2018 opens onto the new forms of expression that developed starting in the 1960s surrounding questions of the body and identity, echoing the social revolutions. This work of Barbara Kruger contains a reproduction of Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel ceiling frescoe. By adding graphic lines and text, the artist is offering a bold approach of the famous Masterpiece.
