It's always a good time to get out on the road and onto public lands. Always. But especially NOW when so many of our public lands are under threat. This year we've donated a bunch of shoes to the @westminsterexpedition (Westminster Expedition), a full credit semester on the road. 14 students, two professors, and a program coordinator (plus lots of books, camping gear, and vans) are exploring the American West. As many of you know, you protect what you love.
We're hoping our small effort is helping these students see the American West with fresh eyes and that they're falling in love and thinking hard and making plans. Because we need them. And you. And everyone who is passionate about getting outside and conservation. We need to enjoy our public lands, advocate for them, and work hard to enforce existing laws that protect them. Look for a post on this incredible program on our community page next week. In the meantime, take a hike.
