新座キャンパス学園祭IVY Festaの目玉企画の1つであるバルーン・イン・ザ・スカイは、特設ステージ前の芝生で来場者の皆様に風船をお配りし、一斉に空に放つ企画です。色とりどりの風船が一斉に大空に打ち上げる光景は圧巻です。また、配布した風船を使ってミニゲームも行う予定です。ぜひお越しください！
