This week, we welcomed Sangeetha Manoharan, who @donnacarpenter is hosting via the Global Sports Mentoring Program. The program, sponsored by the U.S. State Department and @espnw, pairs young women making a difference through sports in their countries with female sports execs here in the U.S. Sangeetha is visiting from Chennai, India, and is a world-class Ultimate Frisbee player on India’s national team. She’s working to create more opportunities for women to see the value of sports and an active lifestyle in India. We’re proud to support @sangee81 and this global network of women and girls who strive to create positive change in their home communities through sports.
