We ❤ that @citystylescene tried the Wine-Stained Lip look created by Avon Lead Makeup Artist @hectorsimancas in the latest episode of @ProjectRunway on @LifetimeTV! #AvonxProjectRunway #regram ・・・ I fell in love with the show stopping makeup look that Avon's Lead Makeup Artist, Hector Simancas, created on Project Runway last night! I recreated the beautiful "Wine Stained Lips" and I love that it mixes plums and red tones - perfect for the season. ?Steps are below:

1. Apply ATC Eyeshadow Single in Beige to entire lid and Black Brown blended into the crease.

2. Apply a thin line of ATC SuperExtend Precise Liquid Pen in Black to upper lash line.

3. Line Lips with ATC Glimmersticks Lip Liner in Chocolate

4. Apply ATC Lipstick in Oxford Wine to lips

5. Apply ATC Lipstick in Cherry Jubilee to center of lips and blend outward
