While they were building @phlassembled, project collaborators considered the importance of food in the the stories they wanted to tell. They teamed up with @winwincoffeebar to create the PHLA Kitchen, which is now operating at the Perelman Café.

The Kitchen serves a curated monthly menu with dishes contributed by local culinary artists. This month, their serving the Survival menu—dishes that celebrate the daily act of sharing meals, passing stories, and nourishing ourselves.
