!!! ??You guys asked for it: Here is what I do to achieve my abs?? GEAR FROM @kyodanactive? -10 Mountain Climbers + 2 Push-Ups (As fast as you can for 40 seconds)
-Plank hold for 40 seconds (Make sure your butt is aligned with your spine)
-Plank Hip Twists 40 Seconds
-Side Plank Pulses 40 seconds each side (Make sure you fully engage your obliques when doing this exercise)
-Knee Tucks, Knee Tuck Twists, Pike Lifts 20 seconds each (Make sure to breathe out when you bring your legs up and think belly button to spine)
-Russian Twists 40 seconds with 12 lb medicine ball
-Knee Tucks 40 seconds (Keep belly button sucked into spine)
-Leg Lifts with butt raise 40 Seconds (lift legs back up by sucking belly button to spine and breathing out simultaneously)
