Summer Recipe ???Cream of Limoncello:
500 ml 100-proof vodka or even higher-proof alcohol
4 organic lemons, large
75 gr sugar
1 liter low-fat milk
Using a vegetable peeler, remove the peel from all the lemons. Try to remove only the outer yellow skin and as little of the pith as possible.
Transfer the lemon peels to a large jar and cover with vodka or alcohol. Screw on the lid and let infuse out of direct sunlight for at least 8 days.
Place milk in a sauce pan, add sugar and let it simmer until sugar is dissolved. Turn off the heat and let it cool off completely.
Strain the infused alcohol through a filter, discarding the lemon peels. Add it to the milk, mix well and refrigerate. It will keep for several months. #summerrecipes #limoncello #limoncellorecipe #lemon #lemonade #foodstyling #statementearrings #sachinandbabi
