Introducing our NEW Izakaya Afternoon Tea service here at #Omotesando, our take on #afternoontea for two just for #Tokyo, with matcha ganache-filled chocolate "edamame" beans inside real edamame shells, soft "tamago" made of egg crepes layered with white chocolate jasmine cream, handmade "Gyoza" that's actually soft Gyu-hi mochi filled with anko (red bean paste) and custard, creamy vanilla panna cotta "tofu" with caramel sauce poured overtop, and cream puff "takoyaki" filled with gianduja and topped with chocolate shavings (just like katsuo-bushi!) and a drizzle of white chocolate. It's all served up with ice cold "beer," but in this case, it's sparkling peach tea with coconut meringue foam on top. ? 抹茶ガナッシュて抹茶チョコレートでコーティングした #枝豆 に #卵焼き にはジャスミンのホワイトチョコレートのクレープ。驚きの #餃子 には求肥で餡子を包み焼き目をつけてリアリティを追求。#お豆腐 はバニラパンナコッタにピスタチオでネギを表現。キャラメルソースでお召し上がりください。#たこ焼き は実はシュークリーム。ジャンドゥーヤクリームに鰹節ならぬチョコ節を削り、ホワイトチョコレートソースで仕上げれば完成。そして居酒屋には欠かせないえば #ビール はピーチティーソーダにココナッツフォームをのせた爽やかなドリンクです！?
