"Utah is full of amazing landscapes but it's fun to find places that are off the beaten path. This Arc, called Colonnade or 5 Hole Arch, overlooks the Green River...over 1000ft above it in fact. We hiked in during the day and I noticed that it faced the SE and perfect for Milky Way shots. So we stumbled back at night, avoiding the 1000ft cliff, and made this shot happen.
I'm lucky to live and travel to amazingly beautiful places...photography has become a passion and it's great to share these beautiful places with people. "
