It's the end of the week so it's time to blast the legs. A quick warmup circuit:
Box jumps x 10
Single leg hip raises x 10 per leg
Superset ➡️ double leg hip raises x 10
Side lunge with toe touch x 10 per leg
Superset ➡️ single leg deadlift with body weight x 10 per leg
*Repeat 3-5 times*
If you really wanna crush yourself, add some ankle weights... I only made it through 3 rounds with these puppies 😂
